Return, exchange & cancellation policy

Boutique returns and exchanges
Eligible non-food boutique items may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days after pickup or delivery when unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags or packaging and proof of purchase. Customised or personalised goods, earrings or other hygiene-sensitive goods, opened consumables and items marked final sale are not returnable unless defective or supplied incorrectly.
Incorrect or defective items
Report an incorrect, damaged or defective boutique item within 48 hours of receipt and provide the order reference and photographs where reasonably possible. Garmaii will assess the item and offer an appropriate replacement, exchange, repair or refund.
Food orders
Prepared food and beverages cannot be returned because of change of mind. A missing, incorrect or quality-related food order should be reported on the same day. Garmaii will review the circumstances and offer an appropriate replacement, credit or refund where the order was not supplied as agreed.
Order cancellations
Boutique orders may be cancelled before fulfilment or dispatch. Food orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once an order has been prepared, personalised or dispatched, cancellation may not be available and any non-recoverable cost may be deducted where permitted.
Reservation cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed reservation for a refund of any deposit paid. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the reservation and for no-shows. If Garmaii cancels a confirmed reservation, the customer may reschedule or receive a full refund of the affected deposit.
Refund method
Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the Bank of Saint Lucia, CyberSource and the cardholder's issuing bank.
